Worked on the development of the interest badges feature at Bumble. The interest badges feature is now adopted by +60% of the bumble user base and paved the way to improving the suggestions engine with more personalised traits.

Profile editor

Bumble • 2021

Worked on the redesign of the Bumble Profile Editor. This work focused on improving the way users edit their profiles by introducing a better experience with contextual help. The aim was to increase the % of ‘Yes’ votes by ensuring there where better quality profiles for users to discover.

Monzo • 2020

Worked on the launch and evolution of the Monzo Business product across mobile app and web app, attracting more than 50k users since launch in March 2020 and paving the way for the creation of the B2B offering in Monzo Bank.

Sign-up iterations

Monzo • 2019

Worked on refining the new user experience at Monzo, shipping multiple iterations of the onboarding flow to reduce customer contact. Overall, we saw a decrease in customer contact from 7.5% to 2.2% with the new iterations of the Monzo sign-up flow.

Search experiences

Argos • 2018

Defined our initial approach to contextual Search experiences, helping the team build an understanding of the role customer jobs have to play when offering contextual results to users. This work led to the creation of a cross-company collaboration between Argos and Sainsbury’s to offer products with a unified experience.

Help center

Azimo • 2017

Created the first in-app support center for Azimo, the aim was to reduce the load on our customer support team and improve customer satisfaction by providing options for self-serve in the app. The support center also provided an extra data point for us to improve the overall support experience at Azimo.

Money transfer app

Travelex • 2016

Led the design of Travelex Wire, an account-based web app to allow users to manage and send international payments; this included building the foundations of a design system from the ground up and designing core flows to help us build a strong proposition for launch.
